DC SUPER FLEX is Dancutter’s extremely flexible cutter.

This dynamic cutter can effortlessly move through several 90-degree bends in 100 mm pipes. Whether dealing with straight runs or intricate bends, the DC SUPER FLEX operates with unmatched precision.

DC MAXI FLEX is Dancutter’s most powerful cutter.

It has an extremely powerful motor which makes the cutter both fast and efficient. The DC MAXI FLEX is flexible and can go through several 45° bends in a 150 mm pipe and works effortlessly whether the pipe is straight or has bends.

Equipped with two joysticks, the control unit provides precise control over the motor rotation and cutter arm movements, allowing you to easily raise, lower, expand, and contract the cutter.

We have developed an easier way to move the DC SUPER FLEX around the worksite. This set of quick-attach handles can be mounted on the cutter frame and allows for effortless transport even on a bumpy road.

The stainless-steel handles are fitted with ergonomically designed rubber handles that give the cutter operator better control and increased comfort.

The Dancutter Grabber is a great no-dig tool for removing obstacles inside a pipe. The Grabber is air-driven and easy to mount on the DC SUPER FLEX instead of the air grinder. Grabbing diameter: 68 mm / 2,7 in., 360°-degree continuous rotation, high-quality stainless-steel alloy.

Allows for easy, frictionless movement and keeps your cutter centred in the pipe. The centring tool set keeps the DC SUPER FLEX centred inside the pipe and ensures that it operates with equal precision.

The toolset helps keep the cutter centered. The set can advantageously be used when using a Straight Grinder. This causes the cutting head to be lifted up from the pipe.

The white brushes are only used vertically.
